Description

We're saving the best for last so we'll start with the neighborhood Olivia Beach, a beautifully maintained neighborhood where no two custom homes are alike.

Olivia Beach, the Nantucket style neighborhood is highly desirable and right away you'll know you chose the right home even as you enter the neighborhood. The area is very family friendly, clean, quiet and safe. You'll appreciate the proximity to the beach (about 10 minute walk), food and shopping, too. There's also a wonderful park for families to enjoy that's exclusive to guests of the neighborhood which includes a sandy volleyball court! Have fun!

Once you arrive its time to relax and have some fun, we make sure you have everything you need to enjoy yourselves in a clean, cozy and spacious home so get comfy!

Our Happy Place has three bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath along with an additional lounging area in the carriage house. On the first floor you can snuggle by the fireplace in the living room, gather together to enjoy the DVD player or mingle with the family while the nights meal is prepared. The kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils you'll need to prepare a fabulous meal, by the way! Once that's scarfed down, the honored guests can say goodnight and cozy up in the Master Bedroom, they also have the added convenience of a private full bath.

Upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms, first of which has a flat screen television and oversized balcony overlooking the front of the house. It's quite a lovely environment, relaxing outside next to the colorful trees that surround Our Happy Place. Add in the way to comfortable bed and this may become your favorite part of the house.

Back inside and down the hallway you'll find the kids room with two very comfortable twin beds waiting for them. You'll notice the outstanding condition the home is in and how well decorated. Conveniently located and separating the two rooms is a full bathroom.

At the end of the day who are we if we don't unwind in the hot tub though, right? You'll find the spa between the carriage house and the main home and its here for you day or night so don't be shy.

Its important we maintain a high quality home and rental so we kindly ask would like to ask for your help in this.
Please, no smoking of any kind including marijuana and vaping inside or outside the property including decks and porches.

Parking: local laws prohibit street parking. There are 3 spaces in the alley behind the house. One in the garage, 2 on the white shells below the back deck.

At the end of your visit, please make sure all wall heaters are turned off and the thermostat for the fireplace lowered. Please return the hot tub,pool fob, carriage house keys and garage door opener to the key rack. Please make sure the hot tub is locked and all trash deposited in the barrel located near the parking spaces.
