Alder Breeze is one of the nicest homes you'll find in Lincoln City! The home sits on a secluded 8 acres of quiet, maintained land w/ beautiful views of the lake and can fit 16 people comfortably (maximum occupancy.) The home is over 4,000 sqft. of comfort, cleanliness & all the amenities you'll need for your stay and much more. The Master bedroom and Queen bedroom are located on the entry level along with 2.5 baths, the remaining four bedrooms are located upstairs with the other two full baths.

This home is very well set up for large groups with extra space, seclusion, amenities and the quality of craftsmanship on display so we're happy to welcome special events! Receptions, weddings (we provide tables and chairs for receptions and weddings), team retreats and company getaways are all welcome!
